Hi Had this box for a few moth now and it has been great but today some sky movies and sports channels have gone, all the codes are right, thought it updated itself? Hope someone can help Diane
hi i am getting the same problem no sky sports etc they are still in the channel list- it just comes up bad or scrambled channel? ive only had the box 2 weeks, and im living in birmingham using virginmedia (although think the box is tuned into TW) any idea's? im a complete novice and somebody else installed the bos for me thanks
Sounds like they have moved either freq or channels around in the Uk , As I am inIreland I dont know what freq they are on now Delete the channels that are not working and do an Automatic Scan and the new channels found will be a tthe end of your channel listing If that fails you be better off doing a factory setting Menu > Factory Setting PIN 0000 OK to delete Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on English > Installation Choose Provider etc Automatic Scan Press OK Channels found Exit Press Menu then 1570 Turn EMU key ON Exit , exit , exit
