Starview2 the box

hi I hav lost the sound to some of my channels. Have done a full re-scan but the volume is still missing.How do I fix the problem?

this happeened me before check scart is not faulty

 

have u tryed hittin audio then down

 

hi would the scart affect only a few channels?
