I recently modded a ps2 version 7. Everthing appears to be working but i hear a lot of static noise in the background overlapping the routine start up sound from ps2. What could be wrong? Any help I would greatly appreciate it.
maybe when opening you moved something, try going back in and making sure its all right. Check the disk drive. or something is wrong with the fan
