Stereo does not seem to recognise

    I burned a song MP3 format with nero onto, first a CD RW disc and my stereo stated NO DISC after I tried another disc a CD-R now my stereo states CD but still cant play the file????
    anybody for some help as this is the first time I try to burn an MP3 file to a CD

    Are you burning the CD as an MP3(Data)Disc or are you burning it as an Audio Disc? Your player may not be able to play MP3 CD's.

    I did burn the CD as an adio file CD
    and the stereo should be able to read MP3 files as it says so.
    so still a mistery???

    The only other thing that I can think of would be to try a different brand of CD's or maybe, burn at a slower speed? What software are you using to burn the CD? Most will convert the MP3 to burn in an audio format. You could try to convert the files to wave format first, then burn those files. You could use dbpoweramp to do the conversion.

    I used Nero to burn the CD with the adio MP3 format
