OK.... Firstly, STOP making new threads regarding the same subject, just reply to your old one. Its really quite annoying. No one is going to look at 3 different posts to help you solve your problem. In regards to your issue, we now know your flash is OK. You are 100% sure that is lite-on 1.61 you have flashed on your drive? Would suggest you test the game on a different xbox you know will play Wave 4 games to confirm that its a good rip. Hope this helps.
Not really what I asked but at least you sussed the reply button Are you sure you have 1.61 firmware? Do you have a different xbox you can test your backup on? How did you get the backup (rip or download)? Do you have any other Wave 4 backup games that you could test? If youve defo got 1.61. Im pretty sure you have a bad rip. Would suggest you re-rip/re-download
Could always re-rip and convert to Wave 3 to see if it is something with the firmware upgrade. I left my Lite-on at 1.51 and just convert to wave 3 with 360 waves patcher after a rip. Haven't had a problem with any backup reading after a conversion.
You can use This one however it is in a diff language. Instuctions are quite clear though. If your sure your running 1.61 you wont have to do this, have you played any other Wave 4 games? Did you flash the xbox yourself?
It has a button to change language if i remember well. Also it looks selfexplanaatory. + LOADS of pages on internet + online translators.

What media are you using? I would recommend Verbatims (from singapore) Also, would highly recommend you upgrade your firmware as you are going to see this issue everytime you want to play a new game.
Verbatim are the only ones I use for backups. I used to use Memorex, but they changed something and now nothing works on them. Good luck.
