what are you doing? what programs did you use? what movie are you trying to copy? can't help you till you tell us what you did...... how you did it..... what media you used.... what drive you have (make and model) .... and if you have a log of the program that we can look at to see what went wrong. need more info than "I need help, it doesn't work!"

I am very sorry - but my previous posts listed all that - i figured the person that was helping me before would reply - you don't have to be rude - i am very new at this and was just trying to download some movies for my babies - i will try to figure it out myself -

    thank you

Dear Kelli...... I was not being rude.... but you only start a new thread when you have a NEW question..... so when members read your request we don't have to decipher what you need? Never assume that the person you want to contact will answer you when you start a new thread..... I would have asked your question in the original thread so this way the person that was giving you advise would reply...... instead of asking your question assuming THAT SOMEONE will reply. I know you're a newbie here..... just advising you for better results..... sorry if you took it wrong. Sometimes I come out too strong..... don't mean to. I hope you get your answer from the person you want.....

go back to the original reply and try to ask your question directly to that person you want to answer. good luck and welcome to Afterdawn.
