I wondered if anyone could help me as I want to take a still pictur from one of my .avi or .mpeg file. I am talking about the type of image you get from games when you press the Print Screen button and the image is copied to your clipboard.
Get Virtualdubmod. Load your movie, select Video, copy (source or target) frame to clipboard. Paste into any graphics program.
