ok i used stlye xp to change the bootscreen, which worked but now when i start my pc up it asks

    1)start windows(bootscreen)
    2)start windows

something along those lines so its kinda annoy as i dont wanna keep pressing stuff to bootup.
i have tryed changing back to the orignal and it still happens.
i tryed to do a system restore but that doesnt work.

so i was if anyone knew how to change it,thanks

The reason that StyleXP does that is for safety issues. If you use the wrong boot screen, such as an SP1 boot for an SP2 machine and vica versa, your machine will no longer boot. So the option for choosing which screen to use, the modded one or the original shouldn't really be removed.

But, you can shorten the length of time you wait...(or remove the menu, but I do not recommend that).

Right click My Computer, go to Properties. Click on the Advanced tab, then Settings under Startup and Recovery. Set the pull down menu next to "Time to display list of operating systems:" to 3 seconds. That's more than enough time should you need to use your original to get back to your desktop.

To remove: Click on the Edit button, and remove the line that refers to the original boot screen (should be option two).
