stolen mobile please help

    hi my daughters phone got stolen from school today and because she hadnt registered with vodafone they say thay cant lock it , yet i have the simm number and the imei number, can any one help block the phone thnks in advance

    you should be able to call your provider and explain its been stolen, and have the account canceleld etc.

    Give the IMEI and SIM number to the provider. They can set it such that the phone will be barred from working in the country.
