Hi, i know it's Xmas day (Merry Xmas), but you need to stick with a thread until conclusion instead of spreading the problem across multiple threads..i'm sure we've covered these basic things a few times before... - Nerovision's latest 3.x version is 3.1.0.21 - 'update -package 2' from http://www.nero.com/nero6/en/nero-up.php - though see very LAST comment as you should get rid of Nero's InCD anyway - Burning Rom's lates 6.x version is 6.6.0.18 - 'update -package 1' from http://www.nero.com/nero6/en/nero-up.php - though see very LAST comment as you should get rid of Nero's InCD anyway - firmware's up to date - http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1669 - is the data small enough to fit on a disc ? - are these genuine TY discs - InCD is Nero's horrid 'packet writing software', uninstall Nero then uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, then reinstall Nero WITHOUT installing InCD
