I was thinking about adding videos to my Ipod, But I do not want them to stay on my computer, what i would like to do is upload them onto the ipod and delete them off of my computer. Is this possible to do? And then later get the videos off the ipod? Thanks.
Yes, I believe it is possible to do what you want. There is a slightly annoying side effect that you will have to tolerate. If you already have the video on your ipod then all you need to do is delete the video from your computer but NOT from itunes. The side effect is that every time you sync your ipod a little warning will pop up saying that some files could not be updated because the file is not available. Everything will remain intact on your ipod. If you want to delete the video from the ipod then just clear it from itunes and it will delete it the next time you update.
