Twice I have downloaded the movie...the transporter2. Both times were from different people. as an example here is the one file The cd2 file is a bit smaller. When I try to view the movie on windows media player and Xvid player this is my error Xvid playersays... "check that it is a valid avi or mpeg4. Media player 10 says this....Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file. Now ....I used Burst to download and I think it's done as it took 30 hours and the files are in my directory but Burst is still running and says leeching at 91% and uploading at 8kb, not downloading.Below is the BURST window I'm viewing Tracker: http://demonoid.merseine.nu:6969/announce Name: Transporter 2 Movie Total Size: 1,258,776,550 SHA1: 98db3d8cd6a808d57f8cd0a3850fa689503d1f59 Files: 3 (listing follows) Transporter 2 Movie\HYdRO.nfo: 137 bytes Transporter 2 Movie\Transporter.2.The.Mission.CAM-HYdRO.cd1.avi: 648165861 bytes Transporter 2 Movie\Transporter.2.The.Mission.CAM-HYdRO.cd2.avi: 610610552 bytes
you are still leeching at 91% that means you dont have the full file downloaded which is why it wont play. Is there any seeders on this file? It is possible it is stuck at 91% due to there is no one to get the files from. So you wouldnt be downlaoding due to no one to download from. You are uploading cause you have some of the files others need. But if there is no seeders then you wont bebale to get the full file. and neither will anyone else that is uploading from you cause when they get all the files you have they will be stuck as well cause no one is seeding the file. Also you need to eddit the torent link out cause that is agaisnt the rules to put a link to it on this site.
edit it by going up to the post that has the stuff you need to edit and click on the small piece of paper icon at the top of that post to the right. I have never used Burst and I cant see what it is doing but if it says leeching at 91% then you only have 91% of the file downloaded and need to figure out why it stoped downloading. Is the tracker down? does it say its conected?
so how do you make sure you have 100% of the file i use azureus and im pretty sure it said 100% before i started extraction.
If the torrent has an .sfv file then run that. It is a verification file to make sure you have the whole complete file and not corrupt. If you need the SFV program to run it then you can get it here http://www.quicksfv.org/ Also if you extract the files and you get an error in the process it is possible that 1 of the files is not complete and it should show what file that is having problems being extracted. If this happens then re-download that part.
I used the sfv file to check if the file was all there and it was im thinking it might be a problem with the codecs because ive got ace mega codec divx 6 and propibly a few more little codec packs on my system. oh and with the extraction part it goes without a hitch.
