up until last week i was using my 250gb samsung sp2504c sata hard drive for windows & all my programs/pictures/music/videos/games..
i bought the 320gb western digital my book external hard drive,
so that i could use it for all my games/films/music/pictures etc
& use the samsung for windows & all my programs..

anyway, everything was fine until today when i noticed 2 new folders on my new hard drive called recycler & system information.
the new files cant be deleted as i have tried.
everytime i try to delete either folder it says access denied, make sure the disk isnt full or write protected..
when i right click the folders & go to properties, the checkbox marked "hidden" is ticked with no option of unticking it..

when i go into the recycler folder its just a lot of files that
look like the recycle bin & each one has a lot of numbers..
these can't be deleted, but when i empty the recycle bin they dissappear, but the folder cant be removed..
the system information folder is always empty.

does anyone know what these folders are there for?
& more importantly, can & how do i delete them?

    any help is appreciated, thanks

P.S heres a picture of the files in question:

don't worry about them as you must have unhid all files by mistake to see them now & not before. i get that on my internal & external hd's plus my usb memory stick.
