i don't really know how to xplain this but i'm not sure if its a codec issue or my monitor issue. right what it is, watching videos and movie on my comp i get the picture split up into a few lines when theres fast moving parts its like the monitor can't keep up. i've burnt the video to dvd and watched it on my tv downstairs and its fine i don't get any of that i just get it on my pc. after trying for 10 mins to take a printscreen of it i failed so i tryed to recreate the effect in photoshop of what it looks like when it gets to a fast moving part. you see the lines its like cut up into then it returns to normal. is this a codec issue or a frequency issue with the monitor? any help would be greatful. kindest regards thomas

Looks more like a problem with your video card. Do you have the latests updates for it> What video card do you have?
