StreamBox VCR - Audio Only?

    I tried to use StreamBox VCR to download a movie playing on a website with a wmv extension, but when I try to open a message pops up from windows media player saying the extension doesn't match the file format. It asks if I want to try to play the file. I click yes, but only the audio plays. Is there a to fix this problem or any way around it.
