Streambox VCR doesnt complete download

    I'm trying to download a file with Streambox VCR, and it starts by saying the file is 4mb. However, it stops at 1.5MB. It plays the entire file, but it skips many frames. Any ideas why?

    I think I answered my own question. I set my connection speed to the max of T1, and now it seems to work just fine. Not sure why, but it works.
