Lately, my set up has worked with a minimal amount of flaws... until today.

First let me explain my set up:

I have ripped many DVDs to ISO format onto my HTPC. I then create a shortcut (.lnk) file which pulls the Alcohol 120% command line to mount the ISO. I then made an internal website which catalogs all of the ISOs I have ripped. I liked this set up for it's simplicity. It made it easy for my girlfriend or anyone staying at my house to just load the site and click a movie and the computer thought you inserted a new DVD.

Well like I said, my girlfriend loved it... a little too much. Now she wants to play the movies on her computer over the network. I cannot get it to work for the life of me.

    Please help?

I gave up. I found a much much easier solution. I just uninstalled Alcohol and installed Virtual CloneDrive. It works perfect and faster. Plus she likes the sheep better
