I've done some research on the topic, but am still a bit lost. I know how to rip, decode, and then burn to make backup DVDs, so I'm good with all that. What I would like to do, is to keep a copy of the ripped DVD on my computer's HD so that I can stream it to my PS3 using TVersity (which I already have). My issue is that when I rip a DVD to my computer's HD, it's in a VOB format, so when I see that folder in TVersity on my PS3, it just lists all those VOB files. Is there something I can do so that I can just have the entire DVD as one file that the PS3 can see and easily play? I hope my question makes sense.
CloneDVD Mobile allows you to rip a DVD into one file. If you use CloneDVD Mobile, you would want to choose the Divx option, and it should play fine after finishing on your PS3 through TVersity. I use them both all the time.
