streaming video in fullscreen wont play

    Ok every time i try to watch a streaming video in Full screen mode over the internet it will go full screen but immediately freezes on that frame and then will only play audio, can i fix this? does it have something to do with my screen resolution?

    Browser: Firefox(Latest Version)
    OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2

    In what video player? Flash? VLC?
