Stripping Audio FIles from PS2 DISC?

I have an Image of the Game I want to stip audio from.

THere is a "SOUND" Folder within the Discs root directory.

I see Many XXXXXX.SD and XXXXXXX.SDL files

Game is Kamen-Rider Kabuto. Any help appreciated.
