you can use dvd shrink to cut out the bits you dont want,i think from what i can remember, the smallest amount of video you can cut out is 5 secs
not used it for a while,so not 100%

    use re-author mode,and right click,and set "stop/start frame point"

something like that..my memory has gone, and i dont have shrink anymore
    my brain is shrinking though...hehehe

I di believe that DVD Shrink will allow you to remove some time off the front and off the back of a movie. Just preview until you get to the point that you want to keep and it should burn just fine. I know one of those programs that you are using will do that.

You can by re-authoring. You need to figure out which vob file contains the part you dont want and just leave it out when you start to re-author. They generally are within the first few vob files.

CloneDVD2 has this option as well.

I mention this as it works very well with AnyDVD, which most of us are going to need (or similar) as time goes on, as Decrypter/Shrink etc... are struggling with newer copy protections.

kaspar , You can use different ways to remove the FBI warnings. Some work and some do not because every movie studio and manufacturer has their own way of doing things. DVD Shrink will work. I have used IFOedit and VOBrator to remove FBI, BBC , Paramount screens etc. The link refers to removing 321 Studios Watermark , but it is transferable to what you want to do. Just remember it will not work on every disc, because of the different studios/manufacturers.
