Stubbs the Zombie backup files

first off, i'm not sure if this post is in the right thread but i wasn't sure what other one it would fit into so sorry if i'm off point.

so i recently found back up files for stubbs the zombie. it comes with 2 mdf files for 3 cds to burn (so 6 files in all). seemed pretty simple to me but then i read and install text file that came with it and i'm confused. it says i have to use a winrar file title "starf*uck_de".

needless to say i'm a bit lost. has anyone used the same files or prog before? can anyone help me?
