stuck in the clock loop, bought a mod chip (thought it would help)

    okay as i said in the subject im stuck in the clock loop cuz i have no dashboard installed on my xbox. (yeah i deleted it on accedent) cant play games either. so i bought the xenium ice chip and it works. it boots up to the xenium screen but i cant play games yet. im still in the stupid error 16 thing. i tried slayers disc but it wouldn't load. im so confused i need help
