Hello I'm wasting my life here trying to get my PSP above this firmware. Everytime I try to do it I get a veriying xxx.pbp followed by incorrect file. PSP reboots and I'm back at 3.52 m33-4 I've tried to all sorts of upgraders, manual and auto...always the same error. Fat PSP Please help me.
that means you are using the wrong update .pbp for example to upgrade to 3.71 m33 you need the 3.71 official update renamed to 3.71.pbp and place it in X:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE with the 3.71 m33 files
Hello, thank for your reply. I'm pretty sure I am using the correct versions, I DL from Dark Alex plus a few other places I have used before. Searching around I've found other people with the same problem but no solutions. I tried 3.90 / 3.70 and lastly 3.52 m33-4 (over the top) and I BRICKED IT :-( I'll be seeing someone today hopefully who can sort this mess out. I'll post back with results.
