have a DVD that is PAL version...it is in Spanish dialogue....supposed to have Englis subtitles...actual DVD won't play on my dvd player but will play in my computer......but shows no subtitles ( use powerdvd to play the movie in computer)...i downloaded the movie into my hard-drive and i know have the movie in a folder that movie has 5 .vob files and 2 .ifo files and 2 .bup files......how can i tell if the dvd really has subtitles at all?......i burned ( dvdsanta) the 5 .vob files to a dvd disc (NTSC format) and it plays in my regular dvd player with audio but still has no subtitles....maybe it doesn't have any subtitles to begin with? .........thanks to everyone for all the help in my other forum questions!!!
With DVD Shrink: Click 'Full disc', then 'open disc'. Provide the correct path, click 'o.k.', and Shrink will begin analyze the disc contents. If it has any subtitles, they would be shown under 'Subpicture'. Happy DVD burning!
