Subtitle Timeline Manipulation in AviSynth?

I was wondering if there is a method of AviSynth script where I can manipulate the times of the Subtitles I add.

For instance, when I write Textsub(subtitles.ass) it plays where the timeline in the actual subtitle scripts tells it, but can I write out a script to change the timing to start displaying the subtitles at different area's of the video without having to re-enter, for instance, Aegisub, and timing it all manually again?

Think of it like those anime series fansubtitles. How opening themes start at different sections of an episode, but you want to keep the same karaoke to that theme, just in a different time, how would you do that in AviSynth?

    Thank you.

From what I can see, there's no way of retiming the subs through Avisynth. Meaning there isn't something within the TextSub script that allows for any function.

If you want to retime the subs, it's a fairly easy process. All you really have to do is open up the subs in something like Subtitle Processor/Aegisub/Subtitle Workshop and you can move all the subtitles ahead or back in time. It's pretty easy to do; no manual timing of each individual subtitle is necessary.

Besides, you're going to have to manually enter the time skip anyway if you're working with different videos and stuff.
