I have finished my first foreign film with subtitles Italian and subtitles are in English It works wonderful with the whole file just great I used Subrip and VirtualDud for the Xvid. My problem is splitting my Xvid into three parts (In order to save to cdr) with subtitles added I split the movie already but kept the full file in case I need to add these subtitles to it well I searched forums and have not found out how to add these to split files Help would be much appreciated. I’d like to add them to the actual .avi file if at all possible. The sub file plays perfect with the first split file when added to the player however the 2nd and 3rd files are out of sync and do not work properly. HELP ME PLEASE Movie File is Xvid Subtitle file is .srt Main file and VTS_01_1 .srm, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 all from vob files.

Heres a link to the site: http://www.doom9.org/ Just click on guides and choose divx/xvid from there you will be able to choose which codec you want to encode with, since youre using xvid you...well you know what you'll have to choose. After that Click on gordian knot and scroll down until you get to step 3. I hope the guides there help. Good Luck.
Is there a subtitle file splitter out there some where this would do it I would think I tried cutting it with SubRip no option. Anyone please help still having troubles with this.
