    I have Ulead dvd factory 6 which enables me to load subtitles.

    my question is:

    1. what is the easiest way to create subtitle for a dvd and then load them with ulead?

    2. if I have the script for a dvd, how do I use it to create a subtitle and then load it with ulead?

    would deeply appreciate the help.

    The easiest way is to use 'Notepad' and follow the prescribed layout:

    Subtitle line number
    Time on and off
    Dialog

    Then save the file as MySubs.srt - assuming ulead can open a .srt file.
    Layout as follows:

    1
    00:00:02,500 --> 00:00:05,617
    Stitch-up. It was a stitch-up.

    2
    00:00:06,700 --> 00:00:10,090
    They filmed hours of material

    3
    00:00:10,260 --> 00:00:14,697
    and most of it is a good bloke
    doing a good job of work,

    4
    00:00:14,860 --> 00:00:21,299
    and the one time I accidentally headbutt
    an interviewee makes it to the programme,

    5
    00:00:21,460 --> 00:00:23,610
    you're gonna look a prat.
