Where do you get the most bang for your buck? I have a current version of Nero 7.x Where do you see the greatest benefit hardware wise? Faster CPU? More RAM? Faster HD for writes etc? Does video RAM play into it? Thanks in advance Don.
For what purposes? Memory makes the biggest difference in some cases e.g. if you're runnig Windows XP with 128 Mb or 256 Mb then upgrading to 512 or 1024 will make your machine seem like a Lamborghini compared to the way it was before. Hard drive speeds make the most difference with most general-purpose tasks as that's usually the bottleneck. A faster CPU only helps in calculation-intensive tasks like encoding.
