Hey, I'm wondering if maybe we could have like a "Mass deleting button" So we can clean up the shouts in our shoutbox instead of deleting one at a time. For example,Like choosing the ones we don't want and then clicking delete. Just a thought as some people have hundreds of shouts and would like to clean some of the stuff out. -Thanks Edited for spelling
This would be an great idea if the servers can handle it. I have a questuin about deletion myself... When u click the bix that saids veiw deleted items etc.. How come they dont show.. I did that last night OZ time and it didnt do anything soo i uploaded the pic again.
Thanks guys for the "my" related feedback. In our to-do list, the next "my" improvements are due to enter our code schedule some time in September and we will most likely implement this as well. Furthermore, we plan to make keywords or "tags" as they are nowadays called in most places, featured more efficiently in blogs and pictures, to allow searching based on tags users have assigned to their items. Further stuff includes easing the photo management, improving blog editing, allowing easy linking from forums to pictures stored in "my" (by using thumbnails) and bunch of other features. If you have _any_ ideas or suggestions regarding the "my" pages, let us know.
Deleting all thoose shouts is a daunting task, you have to do them one by one... :-S Gets annoying after the first 100
Thanks, dRD for replying to my post, as I thought it was too much to do. And I will be looking forward to the improvements made in September. Also do you know if it will be in the beta stages then?
We sorta like Google's thinking: "If its labeled as 'beta', its user's fault if something goes pear-shaped" ;-) No, seriously, the intention is to get it out of beta phase by end of the year, at the same time when we launch Finnish -language version of it.
OK thanks. I thought I heard something from Jannejt that they couldn't have my.afterdawn because of the Finnish Privacy laws. But I think I mis -understood him and maybe he was saying that the Admin and moderators aren't aloud to do anything about what happens in my.afterdawn. But who knows.
