This baby is a beauty, just picked one up from a computer fair and works a treat @ £65. Probably the best player on the market I think (my personal opinion).

It seems to play anything and everything can also update it to the 5.2 version of Divx.

    Anyone had one yet???

I don't know if it is available in Cananda but the player is very good IMO. I have had no probs. at all it has played all disks I have chucked at it but the only thing is it is not Macro disabled.

But who uses video nowadays to tape dvd's???

    Hi SCS+
Thinking of getting one myself - have you tried playing an Xvid in it?
None of the specs I've seen mention xvid compatibility, and lots of the latest divxs seem to use this codec.
    Thanks

Got one last week. It plays everything I thrown at including XVid.

Like the design especially the tray which is super slim and looks cool!!!

Can anybody give me a link for the divx 5.2 firmware update?
By the way, got an 820 today (£54 at a computer fair) - very happy with it so far, very good divx/xvid playback.
