I have the output set to output vob complaint, however when the vob file is made it is not recognized by Ifoedit, am I using Ifoedit or Super incorrectly?
IFOEdit is looking for a file named VTS_01_1.VOB. However, although I have had IFOEdit accept a (correctly named)file from Super© - and it makes a DVD folder complete with the IFO and BUP files, the output is never acceptable to an authoring program (DVD Shrink does not show an audio track, yet the audio is there). There is something wrong with the Super© DVD format that causes problems, but I have also tried to 'Export' a DVD Mpeg file from Nero and that doesn't work either. The only VOB I get to work in IFOEdit are actual files created by a conversion program. Have tried FixVTS on the Super© output and the 'VOB Extras' tool in IFOEdit, but no luck.
I gave up on IFOEdit and switched to 'Rejig' Run Rejig. Select 'File Mode' and add the VOB file (VTS_01_1.VOB) from Super© Select Output folder then demux the Video then the Audio (.m2v and .ac3) Exit 'File Mode' and select 'DVD Author' Select the video .m2v -------and audio .ac3 Choose the Output folder and press 'Create' The DVD compliant files (IFO, BUP, etc) are created.
