    has anyone got this version working everytime i click to encode files the program just closes and there is nothing in the selected output folder. Is there an older version available to download that definately works

    Uninstall and delete this and any other versions that you might have on the PC...run Ccleaner and reboot. Reinstall and see if you have any joy.
