Hello I am trying to burn my first dvd from videos that I have downloaded onto my computer. I went through all the steps of burning the dvd. When I clicked start to convert and burn the dvd it says "conversion process wrong." Can someone please help me to understand what is going on. It doesn't give an explanation nor can I find any information online about this error message. Thanx in advance for all your help.
