Sorry if this has been answered before but I'm unable to find anything relating to scanning, I've tried auto and manual but nothing, is there a guide on how to scan?

Is the coaxial cable in cable input at the back of the b0x?

Do a factory reset & autoscan on your provider.
Turn the keycode on after the scan.
