hey guys, im a noob on here but have always used all your help on this site. i have a super usb box with my ext. hdd attached. it records perfectly but was just wondering if anybody knows what format the box reads to play videos from your pc. ive tried all the usual ones but cant seem to get it. any ideas?? thanks a lot in advance. sanders
