superbox/ cant get into key emu

hi
i have just done an automatic scan
but neither codes 2004/1570 are working in parental control
to pop up new screen to turn key emu on!!
any ideas

 

Press menu > system info & tell us what it says please.

 

api version 7.08e
boot version 8.0

 

you`ll need to flash the b0x with the 7.09 beta firmware.
youll find this in eamos library in the "the b0x super folder" under my sig.
Click on the second link under my sig on all the info on flashing the b0x, cables etc.

Had a bit of trouble over the weekend, (page was loading slow etc.)
I wasnt online yesterday, but it seems ok today

 

Wasn't working for me this morning, but has been okay since lunchtime (fingers crossed). Have been trying to find out what's happening but nobody seems to know!

 

Looks like its back to normal now

Apparantly there was a glitch alright, i spotted it on Sunday night, and mentioned it to the DPP he said it was alright in his part of the world, seems okay now though!!

i have reflashed
and now i can get into key emu
but now i am getting 0% downloaded when i leave the software to download onto a channel
am i forgetting something here???

 

menu > 1570
set default key > press ok
exit to s*y sports & wait for it to update.

 

Looks like you didnt flash it >>> Do you know how to do it? theres a tut in the starview link under my sig.... are you using the null modem cable or is it the RS232???

 

thats what i have done except
i have typed 2004 instead of 1570
dont think thats relevant
but i am on s*y sports and it seems to be stuck on
0% downloading

when you press menu are you stuck in the language page or can you actually access the EMU/Default choices?

 

i did flash it
goes from 1-100% on box
but still looks like something is wrong
as i am stuck on 0% downloading
had i not flashed it surely i would have got a no signal bad channel message

 

Ok as Noel advised then....
Press Menu input 1.5.7.0
Set Default
Turn on EMU
Exit
Exit go to sly sports and it should click in!!!
Failing this turn box off for 2/3 minutes turn back on and go to sly sports again... this should sort you out!!!
