superbox version 3

    i have tried to install the superbox 3 in three seperate areas, ballinasloe, greystones and enniscorthy. they are all on chorus cable. it works perfectly on ntl cable and ntl mmds and i have installed it properly and the cable is not loose. it just fails when i do an auto scan and comes up no signal when i go into the chanells. please help

    you need to scan on 6.875,also if its ch@rus mmds it won't work.

    how do i scan on that frequency?? i thought i just do an automatic scan. and its defnetly chorus cable

    press menu, installation, then choose your cable network, then automatic scan. If your on cho**S cable should work, as Karl said if its cho**s MMds it won't work. good luck

    it doesnt work i cant understand why its defnetly chorus cable. my supplier guarentees me the correct software is on the box would it work if i did a manual scan on a certain frequency

    Two of the areas are Ch**us MMDS, the other Greystones is analogue. So the SV3 wont work in any of these areas.

    thanks for the reply scouser but i even rang up chorus to make sure they were all analogue and i tried both boxes just to be sure. somebody told me they just dont work in that area that cant be true. thanks for the help so far
