Hi, I have the original silver ds and I was wondering if I get supercard cf wat superpass should I get? 1 or 2
A Superpass 1 will work, but you could get a Superpass 2 to future proof yourself if you decide/need to get a newer DS later on. I don't know if the Superpass2 has this feture, but the Passkey2 has a switch that lets you choose between Passkey1 and Passkey2 mode, and it's alot nicer looking than the Superpass, so you might want to consider getting that.
when your ds is old you need superpass 1 when its a newer ds you need superpass 2 superpass 2 works on both versions. i don't know if there is a compatibility list somewhere. i have an old ds and a superpass 2, it has a button to select what method you want to use. so if you want to use it on more than 1 ds or you're not sure which you need, i suggest superpass 2.
ok thanks but I think Im going to buy supercard cf with superpass 1 and get a 256mb card. is that everything I need?
