surported write speed

    Hi does anyone know how to change the burners surported write speed when i burn cds my write speed is fine when its a dvd or iso it only allows me 2.4x please help.

    Sounds like either the blank isn't in the drive yet or the burner doesn't fully recognize the dvd's you are using.
    If there is a newer firmware update may help this.

    To check which firmware version you have go to Nero ToolKit>InfoTool. Pick the burner in the drop down. In the drive tab there is a field there for the version.

    You can check the manufacturer's site or herefor a newer version.
