SUSPENDED

    I was trying to change my credit card it said there are too many fund on this card so when I try to switch the transaction to another it didn't let me. Now it says that my card is suspended. Then it says Xbox LIVE Status Service Alert. WHAT IS GOING ON! I can't play on xbox live cause of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Have you tried calling them on the phone to straighten it out yet?
