SV3 SuperBox missing channels (ss1&3)

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone is able to help. I am missing Sky Sports 1 & 3 - I think they share the same frequency. I've done a few automatic scans - and a couple of manual ones. Ive done a reset as well in the factory settings (0000) and then turned on emu (1570) but now they are missing from the channel list altogether. I don't know what the frequency is im looking for. Is it possible im just getting a weak signal? Has anyone had this? or fixed this before?

Nevermind... It seems to have corrected itself now

 

okay its happened again now!!
does anyone now if upgrading to 6.0.1e fixes this?

Where are you located and are you using the b0x from the main feed or a splitter ?

I am using a splitter. Is it worth re-scanning without it? Im in the North West region.

 

Looks like the problem could be with my (cheap) splitter. I tried without and it works now. Can anyone recommend a good splitter?

 

I had a good feeling it was the splitter as that would cause it to disappear and re-appear lol
