   my .bin file is 808 mb. is there any way to compress it to fit on my cd-r? please help me.

   808mb is fine, so maybe 8 mb over what an 80 min cd will take. but with nero if you click file - preferences and click the expert features tab you can enable overburn, set it to about 90 mins and click ok! then click file - burn image! If it asks you do you want to overburn click yes!
