   Is it possible to put an SVCD file on a DVD and watch it on my TV?

   Yes, with DVD-lab, among other things it converts svcd's 44kHz audio to dvd's 48kHz. "you can create DVD with SVCD movies on it (about 6 SVCD discs on one DVD)"
