SVCD on Media Player?

    Does anyone have info on any downloads that can update my media player to watch SVCD?

    I tried downloading ELECARD codec but it created a conflict and I couldn't play any media file. So, now I'm here, a formatted HardDrive later. Any ideas?

    download the trial version of cyberlinks power dvd and install it it installs the necessary codecs to allow media player to work even if you dont like the program and dont want to buy it.
