svcd pal to svcd ntsc

    Can I convert pal to ntsc also will I be able to put svcd ntsc video on a dvdr is there guide to this somewhere please help.

    You can use TMPGEnc or NVE3 or whatever to convert from SVCD to DVD format.

    PAL to NTSC can be done by searching for "PAL to NTSC" on this site. You'll get several answers.
