i can rip the dvd, encode it, burn it to cdr, and all seems well, but although the disc will play in my standalone dvd player, after about 25mins to 35 mins, the picture pixelates, sound corrupts, and it will eventually play no more. it does the same in my computers dvd drive too. any ideas anyone??
perhaps the dvd player doesn't appreciate the kind of media you are using. Also, try burning the svcd at a slower rate.
