    how do i burn downloaded movies from kazza onto cdr in svcd format.i can do it in vcd format but not other.also im using roxio vid pack cause nero wont detect my burner for some reason.the avi is 115mgb but when i try to burn to svcd it becomes 815mgb.please help?

    The Size of a SVCD Mpeg2 file has absolutly nothing to do with the Size of the AVI file used to create the SVCD..Your AVI could bee 10mb or 200GB it doesn"t matter what Matters is How Long the AVI File is...In the standard SVCD Mpeg2 format you will only get about 40 minutes on each CD-R and you can Fit 800mb on a 700mb CD-R in VCD/SVCD Format....
