One of my computers is an old noname with integrated video card and some pci slots. I am trying to figure out a way to connect the computer to a television which has svideo/rca inputs. The computer does not have svideo output/rca output.

So far I was unsuccessful to find anything useful for this type of situation.

What I am looking for is a SPLITTER WHICH WILL PLUG INTO MY COMPUTERS SVGA OUTPUT AND SPLIT THE SIGNAL INTO SVIDEO OUTPUT AND REGULAR SVGA OUTPUT, so that monitor and tv could be connected at the same time.

I am not looking for anything really expensive, as it simply wouldnt be worth buying for this old machine.

    Thank you/

depending on the machine. and you said you had pci slots open.. you should be able to pick up another video card.. they're normally not that much..

Video card would work too. I am looking for a method avoiding that.

that would be the cheaper thing.. anything else would have to be external and plug in thru usb.. and if its that old.. you may only have usb 1.1.

    pci card is better...
