swap magic-different regions?

    Ok so I'm thinking of picking up a swap magic disk but I'm wondering if they're different for NTSC/PAL/Japanese? Cause if I get it on ebay I don't want to have the wrong region.
    Is SM region specific, or is there only one universal one?

    Look at the very bottom of the Official Swap Magic website:

    http://www.swapmagic3.com/

    It specifies that there is a NTSC, PAL, and JAPAN version.
